Born in 1979, in Saguenay, Quebec, Danny Gaudreault now lives and works in Montreal. His research focuses mainly on interdisciplinary and performance art, but usually in tandem with other mediums like video, photography and installation. His work in performance investigates his specific relationship with an object’s personal and symbolic association. Gaudreault’s work has been alternately presented in Canada galleries, within the context of special events and festivals but also and notably in various, unconventional, urban spaces.

He is a member of the artistic committee for Le Péristyle Nomade for which he curated performance events in 2010 and 2011.
