In with the new! Our first outing of 2012 is ….

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, January 24th, 8 p.m., when we’ll gather at the Baryshnikov Arts Center (450 West 37th Street), where Young Jean Lee’s latest production is having its New York premiere as part of the COIL festival. (Club veterans might remember that this is our third YJL outing. Love her or hate her, her shows tend to make for good conversations.)
Tickets are $25, but the good folks at P.S. 122 and the Baryshnikov Arts Center are giving us a $5 discount, which is good for advance online and phone purchases only. You’ll be receiving an email in a little while with the special code, which is only valid for the 24th. If you aren’t on the mailing list, please sign up here., and/or leave a comment below letting us know you want in.
Just one other thing: please please pretty please leave a comment below to let us know you’ll be attending, and whether you plan on coming out afterward (I imagine some of you might see the show on another night; of course you’re still welcome to join us for the after-party). Otherwise we can’t pick a suitable place to convene post-show, and let you all know where to go. Most of you have been sending email RSVPs, but comments are much easier to keep track of…
And, ummm, what else ….?
